Standard Report Excel Library Update — We’ve updated exporting tooling for standard reports so that users will no longer receive security warnings when opening the Excel documents that some users were seeing on exported reports as a result of format scripting. As part of this change, some reports may display slightly different column widths or text wrapping than in previous exports, though the data is unaffected.

VADC FY26-27 consolidation date update — VADC has updated the annual consolidation date starting from the 2026-27 financial year. SRS now reflects the new consolidation date for all VADC reporting.

Two-factor authentication improvements — SMS verification codes now remain valid for longer when delivery is delayed by the mobile carrier, reducing failed login attempts due to expired codes.

Bug Fixes & Improvements:
AIHW / SHS
Fixed an issue where a client’s support status could be saved incorrectly when their record was updated in more than one place at the same time, which could cause SHS data to fail validation.
API
Fixed an issue where creating a client via the integration API with an external system identifier already in use could cause a fatal server error.
Configuration
Fixed an issue where saving an external system ID that was already assigned to another record showed a generic error instead of a specific message identifying the conflict.
Custom Grid
Fixed an issue when using linked profile feature in a custom grid missed after a client merge event.
Custom Reports
Fixed an issue where some users were incorrectly blocked from running custom reports that combined multiple workgroup collections.
DSS
Fixed an issue where the DSS Contact Notes and Outcomes report failed with an error for some workgroups.
Notes
Fixed an error when saving notes with an association-linked profile field left empty.
Profile
Fixed an issue where merging two related clients into the same person could result in a client being listed as their own sibling.
Referrals
Fixed an issue where DFV Event records did not appear in or carry across with referrals.
Fixed an issue where notes and outcomes created via the Referral Module were not being locked after clicking Save Final.
Relationships
Fixed a performance issue that prevented adding a relationship for some clients.
Training
Fixed an issue where uploading videos in the Training tab failed.
