Feature Updates
MARAM Tools in SHIP and SRS
- Users will be able to select which risk assessment to auto-populate from in situations where they have undertaken multiple risk assessments for different perpetrators (but same victim survivor). This will make it easier to auto-populate in cases where a victim survivor has multiple perpetrators.
- Users will be able to ‘lock’ a completed Safety Plan by using the ‘Save Final’ function, and mandatory fields will be added to support this.
- Duplicate risk assessments involving the same victim survivor and perpetrator will now be end-dated so only the most recent version is active and visible on the Details tab. Previous risk assessments will still be available under ‘view prior’. The process of end dating a risk assessment will be triggered by the auto-populate function, meaning risk assessments that are auto-populated from (and therefore replaced with a new one) will be automatically end dated by the system.
- The description of MARAM risk assessments will update to include person using violence (PUV) information on all risk assessments, including older ones that were created when the MARAM tools were first released.
The MARAM Tools in SHIP User Guide has been updated to reflect these changes and can be found at : MARAM Tools User Guides
