Feature Updates
Note Searching
An additional filter option has been added that will allow a user to search through the Notes of a client. The system will search the text entered and filter the grid by matching the phrase against text within the note ‘Notes’ field.
The following restrictions apply:
- Placing a word or words in this filter will allow the user to filter the grid based on these words.
- The words must be present in the Notes textbox of the note or notes before attempting filtering.
- The spelling must be exactly the same
- Other filters are still taken into account e.g. if a result has the keyword but does not fit within the date range chosen it will not display.
- The field is restricted to 40 characters
- Minimum of 2 alphabetic characters to search
Speed of results
Increased speed of results for loading the following grids:
- Contacts
- Profiles
- Referrals
Bug Fixes & Improvements
API – Profile Associated Clients API
- Renamed date fields for patch requests from startdate/enddate to start_date/end_date to match API standards.
Associations
- Shows search instructions in associated person search results area when loading search page for the first time. Updated instructions with additional information.
PDF Exports
- Fixed an issue where “My Actions – Calendar view” Export PDF wasn’t working on some browsers
- Fixed a bug that could cause inconsistent file naming when downloading PDF from ‘Export Notes’ & ‘Export Person Details’ when using different browsers.
Reports
- Added missing columns in Contact Totals (by person) report.
