Feature Updates
Concurrent edits
Previously, when a user is editing Client details there is no visual indication that another user is also accessing that same record. If information regarding that client has been changed by both users over the same access period, the last user to save will overwrite changes made by the other user. A new feature has been developed to allow concurrent read access to a client record but not allow concurrent write access to the same record.
The warning message displayed in existing Profiles, Notes and Referrals functionality will has been updated to maintain a consistent user experience within SRS.
This feature is extended to the following client details forms.
- Client Details
- Client Alias
- Relationships
- Addresses
- Econtacts
- Key Workers
Users are now presented with two buttons. One to continue save and overwrite the changes, and the other to discard changes and reload the object (e.g., Address).
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Notes
- Fixed a date bug that was occurring intermittently preventing Notes from being saved.
Tasks
- Fixed a bug where end date could be set before start date.
Phone & Other Contacts
- Default sorting will now be by Type Ascending Alphabetically, and Last update Descending
Service Agreements
- Fixed an issue where certain Service Agreements were generating an invalid error on creation
