February 15th – SRS/SHIP Update

A software update was released to selected SRS environments

Please note, some of the features outlines in these notes depend on configuration options. If you identify a feature from these notes that interests you, but is not currently available in your configuration, please contact Infoxchange

The release includes the following new features:

Feature Updates

Custom Query

  • The parentprofileid has been added as a selectable, reportable and joinable field for profile datasets in the Custom Query builder. This will allow users to create queries which join nested profiles to their parent profile.

Contact Summary List

  • The contact summary list (Reports > Lists) has been updated so that times, which are reported in hours, are reported with two decimal places. Previously these times were rounded to one decimal place.

Bug fixes

Error exporting very large reports

  • Implemented a fix to address an error which sometimes occurred when exporting very large reports to Excel.

Display of SHS Associated Persons Widget in Notes created from Referrals

  • In some configurations it is possible to create a note from within a referral. Previously, if the workgroup that received the referral was a SHS workgroup, the note was not correctly displaying the SHS Associated Persons Widget. This issue has been fixed so that if the receiving workgroup is a SHS workgroup, then the note will correctly display with the SHS Associated Persons Widget. Note that this issue only effects SHS services receiving Queensland Police referrals.

PDF Person Export

  • If the “Include worker name details” is set to NO, the workers name is now correctly redacted from the SHS Status Update section of the PDF (only applicable for SHS configurations).

SHS Support Period list on Home page

  • The “Last Accomm.” field is now correctly displaying the most recent accommodation record for the client.

Editing SHS Services for merged clients

  • Fixed an issue which prevented editing SHS Services for a locked note when the client record had been merged and the note was originally associated with the client identified as the secondary record in the merge process.

VADC Extract

  • Removed validation error “(AoD45) Referral IN – ACSO available when forensic type is 0”. To align with VADC documentation this validation should raise a warning and not an error.

This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
