10th August – SRS Update

A software update was released to selected SRS environments

Please note, some of the features outlines in these notes depend on configuration options. If you identify a feature from these notes that interests you, but is not currently available in your configuration, please contact Infoxchange

The release includes the following new features:

Referrals

A number of updates have been made to help alert users of new referrals and if important updates are made to referrals.

  • A new Requires Acknowledgement checkbox has been added in the Referral History section. When adding a new comment to a referral, the sender may wish the recipient of the referral to acknowledge the comment. Checking the Requires Acknowledgement box will flag the comment for the recipient to acknowledge.

  • If the sender has requested an Acknowledgement, a button to acknowledge the update is displayed in the Referrals History section. If a referral has one or more comments that require acknowledgement, it will be flagged as an updated referral – this is described further below.

  • In the list of referrals received (Home > Referrals > Received), new referrals will display a ‘New’ badge in the list. The badge will display until the referral is opened. If the referral has been automatically linked to an existing client, the ‘New’ badge will also display in the list of referrals for that specific client (Persons > Referrals).

  • The list of referrals on the home page (Home > Referrals) has been updated to display an icon next to the second level tab heading to indicate if any referrals in that list are new (unread) or have been updated, and not yet acknowledged.  An on-hover notification displays the number of unread / unacknowledged referrals in each list.

  • In the list of referrals on the home page (Home > Referrals), as well as in the list of referrals related to a specific client (Person > Referrals), unacknowledged updates will display an ‘Update’ badge in the list of referrals.

  • The search filter in the referral grid (Home > Referrals) has been updated to include the ability to filter on unread referrals. This will display all referrals that are either new or have an update that requires acknowledgement.

The following changes only relate to referrals sent from Queensland Police:

  • SRS API is updated to receive Protective Assessment Framework indicators (PAF). QPS users can send PAF indicators to SRS when creating a referral in QPS portal and it is displayed in SRS-Referrals.

  • Protective Assessment Framework indicator updates appear as a comment in the referral history so that service provider knows when PAF indicators were received as an update.

VADC Data Collection

VADC Extraction: Spelling error fixed for VADC Extract list of errors. Record type of “Asssessment” is now spelt correctly.

User management

A notification added to the User management form to alert the user if they cannot update another user containing a higher role than their action (current) workgroup.
Failures during the Login process that show an invalid verification code message no longer happen.

Single Sign On

Customers who currently utilise Azure authentication will have access to Single Sign-On (SSO). When SSO is enabled, a user who is already logged into their corporate systems via Azure will not need to authenticate separately when they access SRS. This functionality will not be enabled by default and requires configuration updates completed by both the customer and Infoxchange. Please contact Infoxchange for more information

Bulk Action

Fixed an issue where an invalid date error message prevented users from using the Bulk Action function (Admin > Bulk Actions) to close profiles.
