User Interface Changes
Fixes to Enquiries
The search function in the Enquiries module has been updated as follows:
- When the user searches for a person, it will search for the enquirers and associated persons for all the enquiries associated with the workgroup.
- Enquirer column in the enquiry results list will always display the name of enquirer. (Before this change, the enquiry column was in some circumstances showing an associated person)
- In the results associated persons can be viewed by hovering over an icon. The icon will only be displayed if there is at least one associated person.
Export Plans
A function has been added to enable users to export to pdf multiple Plans for a client.
Fund Ledger
The fund ledger has been modified to allow the records to be filtered based on whether or not they have been finalised.
DSS
Previously the DSS Extraction process ignores DSS Notes of type outcome where the contact type is “Other”. These are now included in the extract and extracted as “DSS Post”.
The client search function on the DSS Client Information Panel has been updated to allow non-exact searching. This option allows the user to search on given name, family name, date of birth and sex. The search engine will try to match on 3 of these 4 items and return matching entries.
Other Minor Enhancements and Bug Fixes
This release also includes a number of other performance improvements, minor enhancements and bug fixes.
