A software update was released to some SRS environments last night.
Additional releases will occur Monday 24th July to the remaining SRS, SHIP and CIMS environments
The release includes the following new features.

Security
Profile Audits
- The auditing feature has been extended to record any occasion where a locked profile is unlocked by a coordinator.
- The logging has also been updated to include logging of all occasions when a profile or association is deleted.
User Interface Changes
Enquiries
- For those organisations utilising Enquiries, it is now possible to view all enquiries related to a client from within the client record. (Available by configuration)
Profiles
- The profile object has been extended to allow configured profile objects to be explicitly linked to a client’s case profile. The purpose of this is to further strengthen the case management functionality within the system, allowing most record types created for a client to be explicitly linked to the client or family case.
Associations
- Associations provide a tool to link multiple person to a single case record. Each person can have separate roles within the case, as well as start and end dates for their association with the case. The framework has been updated to provide greater flexibility in the way persons associated to the case are displayed to the user. The Current Display shows how persons are currently represented: just displaying their name and start and end dates in the association. The Updated Display can show additional information such as gender, date of birth and age.
NDIS and Fee for Service
- As part of a program of work currently being undertaken the NDIS Support Agreement has been updated to allow the same Support Agreement object to be utilised for other fee for service funding arrangements.
- This work will also support the implementation of Rostering functionality which will be available in future releases.
Other Minor Enhancements and Bug Fixes
- This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
