12th December 2016 – SRS/CIMS/SHIP Update

A software update was released to SRS environments.  Please note that this update is the same as the SRS release for 8th December – released to remaining SRS/SHIP/CIMS environments.

The release includes the following new features:

  • If you have custom fields in the person details form they will now be included in person export.
  • Coordinators now have the ability to unlink a client from a referral.  If a referral has already been accepted the referral must be linked to another client.
  • If the referral configuration allows multiple clients the relationship to the primary client will be displayed.
  • Non-latin characters can now be saved (e.g. Arabic characters) in text fields.  Note: these characters may not be correctly rendered in PDF or Word exports.
  • Client ID has been added to some of the Bulk Actions exports.
  • If you have reception messages configured, email generated from reception will now be sent from [email protected].  The reply to address will be the users email recorded in the system.  This addresses the issue where some organisations firewalls blocked system emails.  Note: the email address [email protected] will not be monitored, and emails sent to this address will be bounced.
  • This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes.

SHS Reports

  • If a user is in multiple workgroups within the same cluster, it will now be possible for the user to select multiple workgroups for aggregation in SHS reports.

DSS Enhancements
