A software update was released to SRS, SHIP, CIMS and QPS environments.
The release includes the following new features:
- Ability to flag if there are safety issues associated with an eContact – eContact record will be displayed with red safety symbol
- Ability to flag a Mobile or Email eContact for use with SMS or Email messaging (If Email or SMS messaging configured for your organisation)
- Ability to select to show prior (previously ended) groups when looking at groups list giving access to the ended groups and all associated records
- Reports can configured to automatically delete after a pre-determined period of time.
- Ability to create note templates can be configured to allow quick creation of standard notes
- Ability to have the Primary details form configured to contain a client photo
- Various enhancements to the DSS configuration
- Various enhancements to QPS (Please see the most recent user guide for details)
- This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes
