20th May 2015 – SRS/SHIP/CIMS Update Release

A software update has been released into all SRS, SHIP and CIMS environments. This includes the production, training and demonstration environments.

The release includes the following enhancements:

  • Updated banner update. The new banner now displays the workgroup the user is logged into on the left hand side (above the application title or client name).  For SHS workgroups, hovering over the workgroup name will display the name of the SHS Agency ID.  Icons are now used to access the ‘change workgroups’, ‘user preferences’ and ‘log out’ functions.  A hover over feature on each icon will display the icon function. The ‘user preferences’ icon takes the user directly to the ‘Preferences’ tab on the Admin page.
  • Service Directory update.  Those organisations utilising the Service Directory will now access the Infoxchange Service Seeker directory via an upgraded interface.
    • The search function has been updated to replace the Key Word, Locality and State selector fields with a single search box.  To search for a service just enter the service type or key word and the locality.  EG. “Homeless Service Liverpool”.  Advanced geographic searching will automatically return results near the selected locality if the original search fails to return results.
    • The results list display has been updated.  Clicking on ‘More information >’ will open the Infoxchange Service Seeker listing on a separate page (which includes a map showing the service location).
  • NDIS update. Those organisations utilising the NDIS SRS functions now have access to the following features:
    • Closed Support Agreements are now displayed by clicking the “View Prior” button
    • A column has been added to the ‘Team List’ tab on the home page to indicate the existence of a NDIS Support Agreement.
    • The NDIS Support Agreement can now be printed to pdf, including a signature block to allow signing by the client and worker.
The release also includes a number of minor bug fixes, including:
  • Documents now viewable in all appropriate workgroups.  A bug was fixed that was preventing Documents that were made visible to other workgroups (eg. by adding a worker from the other workgroup to the document record) being available to those workgroup.
