Release v5.94 contains:
System maintenance
- Resolved a large number of application warnings and notices across reports, referrals, notes, profiles and document merges to improve overall stability.
- PHP 8.0 compatibility improvements to prepare for the upcoming PHP version upgrade.
- Performance improvements to client relationship handling, client record loading and large report generation.
- Ongoing maintenance to support the application framework and apply standard security patches, including moving shared system credentials into centrally managed configuration.

Address
Fixed an error in the address postcode lookup when a suburb or locality name contained special characters.
API
Fixed an issue where the client notes API could return an error when a note field name matched a multi-select code list field.
Bug Fix
Fixed an error when searching for associated persons using a very long search term.
Fixed an issue that caused Custom Query Notes reports to log repeated internal warnings on some workgroups.
Fixed repeated warnings being logged when running the Plan List report for certain report field configurations.
Fixed an issue where some Pathway Plan “Area of Life” options appeared blank after saving.
Custom Query
Fixed an issue where saved Custom Queries would fail with an error after changes to the system’s profile type configuration.
Database
Fixed an issue where some saves could fail to be stored without showing an error.
Documents
Fixed an issue where document merges could produce incorrect output for profile fields holding multiple values.
DSS
Fixed the DSS case outlet list showing the same outlet twice after it had been renamed.
eContacts
Fixed an issue that prevented saving a client’s email or phone number when the same value was held by another workgroup.
Fixed an error when adding a client or contact that already had the same phone number or email recorded.
Groups
Fixed an issue where searching for a person to add to a group with eligibility restrictions would display an application error.
Fixed an error that could prevent the Edit Group Membership screen from loading.
Notes
Fixed an issue where a note’s text could be cleared when saving.
Fixed an issue where opening a note could fail when its note type configuration was missing.
Fixed an error that could prevent a client’s note associations from loading.
Performance
Fixed a performance issue causing page timeouts when loading client records on large instances.
Persons
Fixed an issue where saving person details could fail with an application error during DSS data synchronisation.
Fixed an issue where searching for a person by only one name field caused a fatal error and no results to be displayed.
Profile
Fixed an error page that appeared when opening a profile that had already been deleted; a clear “record not found” message is now shown instead.
Referrals
Fixed an issue where QPS referral updates failed to save when the additional information field contained double-quote characters.
Fixed an issue where a referral failed to process when an address contained an unexpected number of parts.
Fixed an issue that could send a referral’s automatic contact message to the client more than once.
Relationships
Fixed an issue where the Gender column was blank on relationship search results for instances whose client details sex reference set had been renamed.
Fixed a performance issue that could cause saving a client relationship to time out for people with many related clients.
Reports
Fixed an issue where very large report lists could fail to display on screen.
Fixed a reporting issue where currency totals could appear blank; empty currency totals now show as $0.00.
SHS
Fixed an error when opening the services view of a SHS note that had no date recorded.
Fixed an issue where removing unselected support periods reported a failure even though the records were deleted successfully.
Unassisted Persons
Fixed an issue that stopped the Unassisted Persons report from generating.
