New Feature
Clients Automated Deletion
Infoxchange has created a new feature for automated time-dictated deletion which allows organizations to delete their clients’ Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from their SRS Instance.
The feature is able to handle different parameters for Duration of inactivity before Automated Deletion ( stipulates in year(s) which sets the rule for a client record to be deleted after a period without any activity (e.g., 2 years)) and Frequency of Automated Deletion (How often the deletion runs).
Please note: An activity (to identify inactivity) in this document refer to the action of creating/updating a record in SRS (Such as: Primary Details, Case Notes, Address, eContact etc.). Viewing records does not constitute an activity to prevent deletion.
The feature is disabled by default and required to be setup. Please contact Infoxchange Application Support for further information.
Feature Upgrade – Group Eligibility Restriction
- Available Eligible Profile Types now includes concurrent profiles.
- Added the ability to enable the Group Notes Restriction feature, please note that the functionality is disabled by default.
