Fix issue with Action note layout formatting:
- Fixed an issue where the action note layout was not displaying correctly.
Enhancements
IRIS Notes location data:
- Provided ability to select more suburbs by aligning location data between IRIS and SRS
- When recording a Note for IRIS, the locations now include LGA specific locations.
