Bug Fixes & Improvements
My Actions / Team Actions – align the select and count queries:
- Fixed an issue where the amount of total actions was incorrect, resulting in empty pages being available to be displayed.
Inconsistency with “clear” filter button In associations Tab:
- Fixed an issue where the associations grid displays all associations by default, the system will now correctly display records that are current at todays date.
- Fixed an issue when dates where cleared from the filter the associations grid did not return to default behaviour.
eContact – Record Sharing Permission – ‘All Workgroups’ record permission not removed in the widget when restriction cleared:
- Added Exists as an option for Record Sharing Permissions on “Phone and other contacts” and “Addresses”.
Address – Record Sharing Permission – ‘All Workgroups’ record permission not removed in the widget when restriction cleared:

Improve performance of linked profile fields query:
- Improved performance when loading profiles & associations that have a large number of linked profiles or associations.
Session expiry causes note to become unable to be saved:
- Fixed an issue where session expiry was causing the note save button to become greyed out after session is renewed.
DSS Case reason for seeking assistance validation:
- Fixed an issue where the validation to prevent the “Primary Reason for seeking assistance” field selection being selected again in the “Secondary Reason for seeking assistance” field was not working.
