The release includes the following new features:
Feature Updates
Fee For Service
We are doing some ongoing work to extend our solution for NDIS and other Fee For Service funding models. Organisations that are using our “Contributions” feature will see the following changes.
- A “Cost Type” field has been added to the contributions to allow users to record direct and non-direct service activity, and the “Units” field has been moved to the contribution to allow the “Cost Type” to be associated with the “Units”.
- Each contribution “Units” and “Amount” values are related as the “Units” multiplied by the “Quote per unit” equals the “Amount”. When either “Units” and “Amount” is changed the corresponding field will automatically be updated.
- The NDIS Claim Extract has been updated to include the contribution “Cost Type” as the “ClaimType”.
The “Total Amount” field has been moved to the contributions table and a “Total Units” field has been added to the table. - When a service is cancelled, users will see a message indicating they should remove non-direct service charges that were not delivered.
Bug Fixes
General
- Fixed inconsistent spreadsheet exports in Groups -> Manage Membership. Export ‘Alert List’ & ‘Mail Merge’ will now download as csv files.
- Fixed a bug where encrypted ‘.xlsx’ files could not be uploaded.
Reporting
- Fixed a bug where some reports and lists were unable to select a program when using the “Include in report” value of “Persons with contact recorded against a specific program”.
- Fixed missing ‘Type’ & ‘Report Title’ values in ‘Report Results’ table for financial reports.
NDIS
- Corrected functionality that made it possible to double submit the form when adding notes to a person.
