Feature Updates
Fee for Service Groupwork
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has introduced a new pricing arrangement for group-based supports and has given providers until 30 June 2021 to transition to the new pricing arrangements. The new arrangements remove the worker to participant ratio and instead allow providers to claim against the 1:1 support line item.
To facilitate the new group-based pricing arrangements, it is now possible to add a “Multiplier” field to the Service Agreement Item form. Where displayed, the multiplier field will enable a user to record the appropriate participant to staff ratio. Based on the selected ratio, the quoted price will be calculated as a proportion of the benchmark price.
Victorian Alcohol and Drug Collection
The following changes complete the implementation of the VADC FY22 specifications that come into effect on 1 July:
- The Multi Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) framework and tools is a new state-wide framework for Victorian service providers to assess risk and support a response to family violence. New MARAM and Family Violence fields have been added to the VADC Case form and included in the VADC extract. The changes will come into effect from July 1 2021.
- Relocated the Maltreatment and Maltreatment Perpetrator fields to the Event section in VADC extracts that are generated for July 2021 and beyond.
- Updated VADC validation rules AOD38 and AOD59 to account for new Funding sources and Service streams.
Financial Report
Changed the generation of results so that they are now accessed via the Results tab.
Bug Fixes
The following bug fixes are included in this release:
- Fixed the multiselect box profile field type hint text “Select Some Options” to always display in full.
- Exported reports and lists will now display correctly in the expected file format.
- Date pickers on a referral’s Export Person details form will once again correctly display the calendars when clicked.
- Fixed an issue where users were not informed that their update on a profile will not be saved when the same profile record was saved simultaneously by another user.
- Modified some forms to correctly display on the client details page when an associated client has at least one “current” role.
- Double-clicking save in New Enquiry form will no longer result in duplicate records.
- Fixed an issue in Internet Explorer 11, where when a user tries to upload an image or view the uploaded images, the system would get stuck in the loading animation indefinitely.
This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
