A software update was released to selected SRS environments

Feature Updates
IRIS Reporting
All Victorian community support agencies working in the Child FIRST and Family Services areas need to record client and service data in the Incident Response Improvement System (IRIS).
A number of features were added to our underlying framework to support the upcoming release of our IRIS reporting solution. The solution will enable the capture of information required for IRIS reporting, and the generation of IRIS-compatible extracts. It is scheduled for completion in July 2021.
VADC
Victorian Drug and Alcohol services report funded service activities to DFFH using the Victorian Alcohol and Drug Collection (VADC). Further support was added for the new VADC specifications that will come into effect from the 1st of July 2021. The changes include capturing new information that has been included in the new specifications and applying updates to validation rules and generation of the VADC extract.
In this release, support for the following features was added:
- New Funding sources for FY22 – added new codes for: ‘youth counselling’, ‘Vic State Youth specific community treatment’ and ‘non-residential withdrawal activity’
- Amended Treatment values for FY22 – amended the ‘residential pre-admission engagement’ service event type from Treatment to Presentation. Removed the Service stream 32 from treatment. Added new Service stream 33 to Presentation.
- Drug Concern Volume field update – the ‘Drug Concern Volume’ field on VADC treatment profile has been updated to reflect that a value of ‘0’ is allowed. There are scenarios for clients to have this value and still require a treatment plan.
System Integration
We have extended our Application Programming Interface (API) coverage to enable integrated external systems to create new address records against existing clients
Bug Fixes
Fixed issue with merged clients and Linked Profiles
- Linked Profiles on Profile objects didn’t cater for merged clients. SRS was unable to find the profiles to link to if the client had been merged. The issue has been resolved so that all Linked Profiles will work as expected after merging clients
Incorrect label was displaying for ‘Contact type’ in the Notes list view
- Fixed the Contact type column in a Note’s List view to display the type’s label correctly
Error exporting large lists to Excel
- Performance enhancements were made to ‘view list’ and ‘export list’ reports. Timeout errors should no longer be experienced when exporting large datasets.
Unable to search on a network via extended person search
- Fixed an issue where users were receiving a 500 error when attempting to search on a network.
Exporting Inconsistent date field formats in profile API
- Standardised all date fields in the profile API to correctly follow YYYY-MM-DD format.
This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
