A software update was released to selected SRS environments

The release includes the following new features:
Feature Updates
File type Upload Restriction
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve security Infoxchange is updating our policy on what type of files can uploaded to SRS.
Some organisations have previously stipulated restrictions on what type of files can be uploaded; these will not be affected. However, these changes will take effect for organisations that do not currently have restrictions in place.
From 16 th March onwards, only the following file types will be permitted:

Please note that if a user has previously uploaded a file type which is not in this list, that file will still be available for downloading.
Restricting the types of files that can be uploaded helps protect organisations from viruses and malicious attacks.
n addition to these restrictions, SRS also scans all uploaded files for known virus threats.

User Management
- User with a Coordinator role can block and unblock Azure users.
VADC Extract
- Medicare Number Validation was added to meet the VADC requirements.
- Enable prevention of client merge when a Coordinator user attempts to merge two clients if the secondary client owns the profile.
- VADC Assessment completed date information and logic were migrated from the VADC Assessment to the VADC Treatment.
Bug fixes
- Incorrect warning message regarding start and end time was removed when saving a Person-Event.
- The visual position of the Save Button in a long Enquiry Form was modified to improve visibility and usability of the button.
- The order of the Vacancy Management Grid Results was fixed in multi-pages results.
- The filename of the report created as a scheduled task, which contains a timestamp, was fixed to reflect the correct selected timezone.
- Duplication of DSS Sessions available for selection was fixed in scenarios whereas DSS case and DSS notes were shared on the same dated.
- The user interface of the Add Worker Dialog Window was improved to ensure that all user roles can view the whole dialog window.
- Referral tab appears from Home page when switching between Workgroups.
- Azure users can save Admin -> Preferences. Unexpected error was handled.
- Key Worker name is included in the exported PDF file only when ‘Include worker name details’ is set to YES.
- Family List report is generated correctly for clients with relationships that were merged to the main client.
- Updating a Key Worker is not affecting the Key Worker list available for selection.
- Saving an existing client’ Person Details Form is working properly. Unexpected error was handled.
- The PDF View of SHS Associated Persons Widget in Notes created from Details and Referrals is displayed correctly to ensure all persons associated with the note are included.
This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
