The release includes the following new features:

Referrals

New features have been implemented for organisations who receive referrals from Queensland Police:

  • If an organisation is set up to send a ‘Infopack’ to a client on receipt of a referral, the Infopack will be prevented if the referral is recalled.
  • A mechanism has been added to prevent police recalling referrals that have been opened by the recipient.

Fee for Service

  • Service agreement items can now be created with a new frequency type ‘Ad hoc’. This frequency type will not be included in modelling/scheduling.  These items can be delivered at any time.
  • The label on the “Service type” field can now be modified by configuration. The options of ‘discrete’ and ‘continuous’ can also be relabelled by configuration.
  • The Services grid in Persons > Services has been updated to include a filter to assist users searching the grid.
  • The Events grid in Persons > Events has been updated to include a filter to assist users searching the grid.

Person

E-contacts: Fixed an issue in some browsers which prevented the display of the calendar icon in the start date and end date fields

Keyworker: Fixed an error which occurred when saving keyworker records with long workgroup names.

VADC Data Collection

VADC Extraction – Implicit deletions have now been implemented.  From 1 July 2020, the funding body will assume that any records missing from the set of uploaded records for a client’s case should be deleted.  Therefore all records for a client’s case will be included in the VADC extract file, rather than just new or amended records.

Funds

When negative amounts were entered into Payment records, the Funds module did not treat the payment value correctly.  This has now been fixed.

Custom Query

The Custom Query tool has been updated so that it now contains the SHS Support Period data set now contains the Relationship to PU Head, Consent, Program and Program Details fields (when configured).

Security

A number of technical updates to the application have been made to improve security.  These include removing unnecessary response headers, stricter validation on some input fields and addition of secure tokens to authenticate form submissions. The Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) policy for Application Program Interfaces (APIs) have also been updated to prevent direct requests from browsers.
