A software update was released to selected SRS environments
Please note, some of the features outlines in these notes depend on configuration options. If you identify a feature from these notes that interests you, but is not currently available in your configuration, please contact Infoxchange
The release includes the following new features:
Client Details
Selecting ‘Arrente, nec’ as the Language which is a valid language, no longer gives a warning message that the language is not in the list.
The eContacts form is now “responsive” which means that the form will be adjusted to fit the available space on the browser window.
Profiles
Survey forms now include arrows that the worker can use to make the survey form use a wider screen view.
The Print View for Associations (PDF) now uses the full width of the page rather than intermittently only using 3/4 of the available width.
Finance Help Link
A New Help link has been added to the Admin Page, Finance tab.
Reports / Extracts
The occasional misalignment of headings with data in the Survey List export has now been fixed.
Reports – Contact summary list subtotals are now correct. Previously the subtotals intermittently were not being cleared between clients.
Reports – Casual Contact List no longer fails intermittently if the workgroup name contains an ampersand.
Custom Query
When using the DSS dataset, a 500 error would sometimes be shown where custom query treated integer fields as text. This is now fixed.
Data Collections – DSS
Where service codes on DSS Sessions require a total cost to be entered, the field is now restricted to whole dollars.
Data Collections – VADC
Error messages added where services are moved between reporting period where previous extracts may be affected.
If an Extract is requested for a collection period that has already been extracted, then SRS currently shows an error message but the wording of this error message has been improved.
When a finalised extract is withdrawn, the individual withdrawn records in the extract are now stored in order to keep track of what was previously submitted to VADC.
Data Collections – Fee for Service
Services that are automatically exported to EE are not displayed in the client details. This was happening if the schedule was not in published status even though the schedule status was irrelevant in case of automatic export.
API
API Users – API users will now be limited to 5 failed login attempts before the account is blocked.
User Management (for those with configurations using the new interface)
Occasionally a user account cannot be opened because the timestamp on the record has only 2 digits for microseconds. This has now been fixed.
