14th February – SRS/SHIP/CIMS Update

A software update was released to all remaining SRS/SHIP/CIMS environments.

Please note, some of the features outlines in these notes depend on configuration options. If you identify a feature from these notes that interests you, but is not currently available in your configuration, please contact Infoxchange

The release includes the following new features;

User Interface Updates
The Export Details function (Persons > Details > [Export Details]) has been updated so it is now executed as a background process. After the user selects ‘Create PDF’ the export function will commence in the background. When completed, the results will be displayed in the Export Person Details Section. Results will be available for up to 24 hours. This change has been made to address potential timeout issues when large client files are exported to PDF.

SHS Data Collection
Additional validation has been added to the SHS extract to raise an error if the persons age at the commencement of the support period is less then 18 and the ADF Indicator is a value apart from ‘Not Applicable’.

Enquiries
When the user ctrl+clicks on an Enquiry list item, the Enquiry Details for that list item opens up in a new browser tab.

VADC Support
A bug has been fixed so that deleted Service Events are now getting correctly reported in the VADC extract.

Scheduling and Easy Employer Integration
The Schedule user interface was updated to improve the user experience.
A notification will be displayed in the service note if configuration has not been setup correctly to
create contributions from the note.
Services with missing data that would prevent exporting to Easy Employer will now be disabled in
the schedule. A message describing the nature of the data error will be displayed on hover over.

Fee for Service and Claims
A bug has been fixed so that discrete service outcome contributions are now included in the
claims grid.
Claims have been updated so it is possible to add contributions back to a claim if the contribution
was incorrectly withdrawn.
The Claims grid has been updated so the user can display contributions based on the Payer type.
By default, Funder payer types will be included. The user can tick a checkbox to include all the
payer types.
The person given name and family name have been removed from the extract as per NDIA
requirements. An export can be made directly from the claims grid if the person’s name is
required for troubleshooting purposes
