A software update was released to all SRS/CIMS/SHIP environments.

The release includes the following new features
NDIS
Most fields in the Service Agreement Item will be locked once a service has been delivered in relation to that item. The fields that will be locked will be: Quoted price, Support Category, Item, Service Type, Start Date, Units and Frequency. The item fields will be unlocked if the services associated with the item are deleted.
If details of the agreement with the NDIS service user change, you should now end existing service agreement items (supports) that have changed, and create new service agreement items (supports) to reflect the changes.
It will be possible to record a cancellation reason for a NDIS Service Event. The NDIS bulk claim will be updated to include the cancellation reason.
VADC Support
Support for the Victorian Alcohol and Drug Collection (VADC) will be implemented from the 1st October for those Victorian services required to make electronic submissions according to this standard. Changes will include addition and modification to data entry forms, as well as a new extract interface (Reports > VADC). Effected services will be provided further details regarding the new standard and data entry requirements.
Custom Query Tool
A new tool will be released to selected sites which will enable the creation of custom queries. Users can currently create custom reports, this tool will allow them to create custom queries. These queries can be written for execution immediately, or saved for future use.
Other Minor Enhancements and Bug Fixes
This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
