A software update was released to SHIP, CIMS and several SRS environments.

The release includes the following new features
User Interface Changes
Econtacts
Econtacts have been extended to include the possibility of setting ‘safe to contact’ flags in those cases where an econtact has been identified as having Safety Issues. For example, in the case of phone numbers, if the contact has been flagged as having Safety Issues, then it is possible to select safe channels, eg. Safe to Phone, Safe to send SMS, Safe to leave voicemail. This feature will apply to all SRS/SHIP implementations.
Association lists
The date filtering on Association* lists have been updated as follows:
- Where only From date has been specified, the filter should return all records with dates equal to or greater than the entered From date
- Where only To date has been specified, the filter should return all records with dates equal to or less than the entered To date
A bug has been fixed in the Association list, so that if searching using the Description field, records will be returned even if there are no associated persons.
(* Depending on the configuration, associations are sometimes used to represent Cases or Families. These changes will apply to all SRS/SHIP implementations that use associations.)
Alerts on group members
A feature has been added to groups to allow export of a list containing all current alerts associated with persons in a group. This feature will apply to all SRS implementations that utilise the Groups function.
Inclusion of custom demographic fields in PDF export
Some configurations have customised demographic fields. The PDF export function has been updated to include these fields. This feature will apply to all implementations utilising non-standard demographic fields.
Other Minor Enhancements and Bug Fixes
This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes.
