A software update was released to SRS, SHIP, CIMS environments.
The release includes the following new features:
- When adding a user to a workgroup the ability to search for the workgroup by typing the workgroup or cluster name.
- When creating a new client from an electronic referral, year of arrival, interpreter required and CALD status are also copied
- NDIS module includes selection of price schedule where agencies use multiple schedules
- A number of enhancements to the DSS module, including improved data validation, improvements to the PDF view and a number of bug fixes
SHS/SHIP Enhancements
- Normal users can now access SHS validation information in Reports > SHS
- SHS statistical profile report changes: table 41 has now been split into 41a and 41b – 41a Showing the services counted once per
- support period, and 41b reports on the same fields but counts each unique service contact
- Message added to the Status update form to remind users to fix incomplete data prior to submission of the extract
- SHIP agencies using programs can now filter the SHS statistical profile report by program
- A memo report has been added allowing aggregate reporting on memo types
- The memo list has been extended to allow inclusion of unstructured data
- This release also includes a number of other minor enhancements and bug fixes
